EduSmart's Progress Monitoring Reports give teachers insight into how students are doing on specific state standards as students take EduSmart Quizzes and Assessments. This User Guide shows the process for retrieving reports at the class group level and individual student level.
Login to EduSmart and click on the My Groups menu.
Click on the View Report button for the class group you would like to view.
From the My Reports page, click on the Progress Monitoring Report button.
Group Level Progress Monitoring Report
Grade Menu: Choose the grade level for your report
Type: Choose Quiz to see data for all quizzes given. For TX teachers, you can choose STAARSmart for the practice assessments. For FL teachers, you can choose the SSA Practice Tests
Quiz/Assessment Menu: Only active if you choose the STAARSmart or SSA Practice Tests Options
Submit: Be sure to click the "Submit" button any time you change information in the previous menus to reset the data.
Download xslx Report: Allows you to generate and download the percentages on this page in Excel Spreadsheet format.
The table at the bottom of the page will show each of your class groups on separate rows followed by the percentage correct for each state standard.
To view the next level of progress monitoring reports, click on the name of one of your class groups.
Student Level Progress Monitoring Report
