Use case:
Great for reassigning a similar task (e.g., a retake, 2nd chance or extension) or customizing for different student groups.
Visual Walkthrough
Here’s a short video demonstrating how to reassign assessments in EduSmart:
Quick Summary
Step | What You Do | Why It Matters |
---|---|---|
Duplicate assignment | Use the Duplicate option | Creates a fresh copy for reuse without changing the original |
Reassign the copy | Use the Assign feature | Allows you to send the duplicate to new students or groups |
This workflow keeps grading history intact (original remains untouched) while letting you adapt assignments for retakes, extensions, or differentiated instruction.
