Logins and Content Launches Report
FL Administrator — Step-by-Step Guide
This guide walks Florida Administrators through the process of viewing and downloading the Logins and Content Launches usage report from the EduSmart platform.
STEP 1: Go to Admin and Open Usage Reports
From the top navigation bar, click Admin (orange chart icon). On the Admin Management page, click the Usage Reports tile.
STEP 2: Open the Logins and Content Launches Report
The Logins And Content Launches tile is outlined in blue on the Analytics Dashboard.
STEP 3: Click View More to Open Detailed Data
The Summary page displays six cards: Student Logins, Teacher Logins, Total Logins, Student Content Launches, Teacher Content Launches, and Total Content Launches. The default date range is Aug 2025 to Present.
Click the View More link under any card (e.g., Student Logins) to open the full Usage Report for that metric.
STEP 4: Apply Filters and Switch to Chart or Table View
On the Usage Report page, use the filter dropdowns to narrow results by School, Grades, Start Date, and End Date, then click Submit.
Note: Use the Chart View / Table View toggle to switch display modes.
Chart View: Displays a color-coded line graph showing Student Logins, Teacher Logins, Total Logins, and Admin Logins over time.
Table View: Displays a monthly breakdown with columns: Date, Admin Logins, Student Logins, Teacher Logins, and Total Logins.
STEP 5: Download the Report (Optional)
To export the data, click the Download report button (orange button, top right of the report page). The report will download to your local device/system.
Quick Reference Summary
- Click Admin in the top navigation bar.
- Click Usage Reports on the Admin Management page.
- Click the Logins And Content Launches tile on the Analytics Dashboard.
- Click View More on any summary card to open the detailed report.
- Apply filters (School, Grades, Start Date, End Date) and click Submit.
- Toggle between Chart View and Table View as needed.
- Click Download report (orange button) to export the data.
